Foodie with Chicken.

Hi friends.

So, this is my first attempt to try my boundaries and I think i'll succeed! Apart from my writing skill, I love to work on food. My favorite dishes are desserts but as I am a little chubby, my family gets me away from it. So, I work on with chicken and Yum, he is my favorite!

When everyone has a passion, nothing shall stop them from doing it. Right guys? And now as I am running behind colors and taste, I want to mix spices and hues to get something new and look what's cooking!......! Being settled in a small city, the products available, wont allow me to prepare as per what my heart desires, so what! With what I get, I mix them and spice it up. Anything I try was worth burning my fingers ;) my siblings and my 3 year old nephew was fighting for it :) I am happy to serve them with I get......Though, they tease me, they swipe up the plate and never give me any :(
Some of my makings are listed below. Let's scroll down, shall we?

There are some items that I love making over and over again, and here they are. :)
Enjoy ;)

P.s: I use the basic boiled chicken to spice up my every method.I'm not a very good cook to make my food look and taste out standing for that I believe one needs to take advanced knowledge for it, and that is one I can't for some instance and so I do it as I see it.

Recipe: Chicken with potato

p.s I don't know if this is something you guys know, but I certainly have made this on my own, and guess what:-  my siblings were fighting for it, LOL!

  2. Large potato
  3. Garlic (as per you want)
  4. Turmeric powder (optional)
  5. Pepper powder (as per the taste you desire)
  6. Salt (to season)
  7. Carrot (either diced or juvenile, for garnish)
  8. Tomato (either circle or semi-circle. for garnish)
  9. Curry leaves (for garnish)
  10. Mint leaves (for garnish)
  11. Olive oil.

  • Bring the chicken breast to boil. Cut the chicken as you desire
  • The chicken should be boiled in a little bit of water that should just be the level of the chicken
  • Put the garlic(as much as you want, in crushed form), little dash of olive oil, salt, pepper.
  • Bake the potato in a medium
  • Cut the potato into thin and through the middle.
  • As the chicken is boiling to a delicate heat, fry the potato (do not deep fry)
  • Just pan fry the potato with a little dash of olive oil and marinate the potato with salt and pepper and turmeric powder(for the color)
  • When the chicken's done, drain the water or use it as chicken stock.
  • Now fry the chicken into a crispy golden brown(with more seasoning if you wish)
  • Take the chicken and allow it to cool.
  • Place the potato in the middle, place the chicken on the top
  • Side it with the carrot and tomato and add more veggies as you desire
  • Drizzle it with a little olive oil, lemon juice(if desired), pepper or chili flakes (if desired).
  • Garnish it with mint and coriander leaves (fresh) and curry leaves.
Your chicken with potato is ready. If you want you can add a little bit of cheese and allow it to melt. And make this on a pizza base and bake, only allowing the cheese to melt. Its tasty and healthy as it is working with only Olive oil, which is very good for your health!
Enjoy and tell me about it!
